Sparse hopping and the addition of lactose creates a wonderful sweetness and body to the beer which pairs perfectly with the roasted malt and coffee notes. Medium bodied biscuit & toffee malt base balanced w/ exclusive new varietal Jester English hops. This IPA used to have European ingredients but we took a vote and replaced it all with English malts and hops.

Our anniversary ale is a Scottish Wee Heavy. Hints of roasted barley, dates, plums, and raisins.
